We understand that some care is needed 24/7. So if you are in need of this level of care and support we can develop a plan that meets your needs.

We realise that due to people’s needs, you may require round the clock care in order to be able to manage your care at home in a safe environment. We have dedicated and committed team to ensure that you receive whatever support that you require whether it’s during the day or at night.

LIVING

This is to help people with a wide range of support needs to keep their independence by being supported in their own homes

Whether or not people will live together in a shared environment or alone, they will be supported to live as they would in an ordinary household, undertaking the ordinary tasks, chores etc. as any other family living within their own community.

Live in care can provide round the clock care ensuring someone is available to support you at any time, meaning you can decide the daily activities you take and how this looks. It means someone is always attentive to your needs. Providing access to the community and in a way that meets your needs.

We will focus on finding you the match of carers that you wish for, looking at shared interests, hobbies, and personalities. Our goals and ethos are to focus on companionship and combating loneliness in the community. Live in care is often a positive option for those with long term conditions such as parkins, Dementia and MS that require close monitoring of wellbeing and changes that may need medical intervention.

Other key points

One care worker who remains in the property. Often there for 2 weeks then alternate with a second care worker for 2 weeks.
They will be provided with a room where they can sleep and use for their personal breaks
Live in carer is entitled to a 2 hr break daily so they can leave the property

24/7 SPECIAL
CARE

We support clients in maintaining a safe level of trusted care and support professionals 24/7.

Live-in or 24/7 care is an option and alternative to residential care.

It provides security of your own home surrounded by memories and cherished times. It can provide a transition of receiving support but in a known environment. 24/7 and live-in care is based on your strengths and always enabling independence in your home. We will work with you daily to achieve your set goals and wishes.
